Our application is designed to be used without requiring user registration. We do not permanently store personal customer data beyond the temporary processing of your images.

Images You Upload

The primary data we process are the images you provide for optimization, colorization, inpainting, or other Application features. These images are uploaded to our servers for processing.

  • Image Ownership: You retain full ownership of your images. We claim no rights over them.
  • Processing and Temporary Retention: Your images (original and processed) are stored on our servers only for the time necessary to complete the requested processing and allow you to download the result. Important: No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

6. Your Privacy Rights

Since we do not require registration and do not permanently store your images or personal data, exercising certain privacy rights (like accessing or rectifying an account) is not directly applicable in the traditional sense.

However, you have control over the images you upload. If you have any concerns about how a specific image was handled during the brief processing period, or if you wish to ensure its deletion, please contact us.

Your main right is to not use the service if you do not agree with these policies.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

As stated, the images you upload are deleted from our active servers shortly after processing and download are complete (or your session ends), typically within [Repeat period, e.g., 24 hours]. We do not retain them long-term.

Anonymous technical usage data may be retained for longer periods for service analysis and improvement purposes.
